A family friendly resort with an idyllic location on spectacular Grace Beach, Alexandra Resort - All Inclusive boasts a large pool and a beach area. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort. Providenciales Airport is only 10 minutes’ drive.

All meals at the any of the resort’s restaurants as well as unlimited domestic and premium beverages at any of the resort’s restaurants, bars and swim up pool bar are included. All-inclusive access is also provided to sister resort as well as complimentary shuttle between our two resorts.

Some of the elegant suites at Alexandra Resort look over the lovely coastline from a private balcony or terrace. Each suite features air conditioning, cable TV, DVD player and a full kitchen or kitchenette.

The international-style restaurant overlooks Grace Bay Beach and it serves a variety of international and Caribbean dishes. The pool has its own swim-up bar, with a range of signature cocktails.

Free use of resort amenities including exercise room, tennis courts, non-motorized watersports including water trampoline, snorkeling, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and sail boats.

The marinas at Sapodilla Bay and Leeward offer bars and restaurants and are within a few minutes’ drive.

Location and room size

Kindness and professionalism of staff (a lot of room for improvement). Restaurant options for family size parties were limited, most tables were dit for a maximum of 4 people

Loved the location but will not chose this hotel for a next stay

Location and room size

Restaurant/food options were not many. You had to make reservations every day for most of the restaurants and availability for family size parties was not that great. Staff at the restaurants was not trained and they were not very friendly for the most part. Service was very slow too.

It was very relaxing. Enjoyed my stay and the food.

Free amenities, food, free water activities equipment, a lot of space, good chill energy, and daily activities. I especially loved cook : Sylvie from the IRIE Grill. Best authentic food on site. Also loved the access to the Blue Haven resort.

If you don’t reserve some of the restaurant ahead of time you might lose out and throw off your schedule. Some need 24hrs booking in advance and other could only be done same day.

Nice facility, good food, at the best beach in the world!

The beach, obviously, is the best in the world. Overall, the food was good with a lot of choices each day. I liked the daily activities. The property itself was in excellent condition. My garden suite worked out really well. It even had a partial ocean view. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't take advantage of any of the water activities, snorkel gear, excursions, etc., but it looked like there was a nice variety of choices. Overall, it was a great stay and I will definitely be back!

Some of the staff in the main lobby seemed a little overwhelmed and inexperienced. Check-in was a little frustrating because I kept getting different info on my room being ready and for awhile, each person I talked to wasn't able to help me get in my room. Finally after some 2 hours of waiting (check-in was supposed to be 3 PM) I found a woman who got on the phone and sort of yelled at someone about the room being ready and I was allowed to check in. I have a gluten allergy and there were times that it was difficult to find anything that I could eat. A couple of hostesses asked me about it, but then didn't say anything more about it. There was one night at Asa where there was nothing I could eat for dinner. Fortunately was able to go over to the fish deck. It would be great if they could offer alternatives at each restaurant like you do at the Truck Stop. Minor thing here, there were a lot of TV channels that were listed on the guide that weren't accessible when I tried to tune to them.

Wonderful

Beach is beautiful and double the size of Beaches resort. Plenty of space and chairs! Plenty of dining options. The grounds were beautiful and staff was very nice. The management has create a beautiful experience for guests!

Excellent facilities made even better by a lovely staff!

The resort is excellent, with lots of things to do and plenty of good food options. What makes it super special however, is the staff. It would be hard to name all the people, and really there wasn't anyone that wasn't nice, but just a few stand outs in the food service would be Marjorie, Ricar, JudyAnn, Rose and Michael. They each went out of their way to make our trip the best, remembering our special requests! In customer service Pricila was a rock star and really made sure we were satisfied. I am embarrassed that I cannot remember our housekeepers name but she was amazing. We loved using the sailboats and the kayaks they provide, and just hanging on the beach in between our island excursions. They always make sure there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach, along with good towels. It also was nice to go between the two resorts using their shuttle service.

The only sugar free soda they have is Coke, and that has a lot of caffeine. It would be lovely if they had Ginger Ale for those of us that have to watch our sugar and caffeine intake. Also, the included wine selection was very limited - maybe add a Sauvignon Blanc and a Pinot Noir to the mix. It would be cool if there was one stop in the downtown area the shuttle stopped at so you could visit the shops easily.

Comfortable, relaxing and beautiful!

It was small, comfortable, everything was close enough to walk to and safe.

The elevators needed to be cleaned, bugs and dirt they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time that was the only down side the rest of the resort was gorgeous. Everything was beautiful from the room to the pool to the beach it was amazing!

Great value, awesome location

Great value for your money. I've seen a lot of reviews about the food being "so-so". Given the challenge of providing a wide arrange of food for a high volume of people, i found the food to be pretty good. Drinks were flowing with quality alcohol as well.

Sand fleas at blue haven resort.... the sister resort. Stay away from the bushes. Thank me later.

Very Good

During check in, being greeted with rum punch and ice-cold towels was A+. Breakfast was amazing! I loved that they had different options every day. We also loved Carrine at the kid's club. She went above a beyond for our two kids. We also liked that our refrigerator was stocked with soda and beer every day.

I would have liked more Caribbean food options. The meals were very "americanized" The spa didn't offer all of the services listed on the website due to short-staffing, so that was disappointing. It would have been nice if the bars opened before 11am

Awesome Resort - Proof that bigger resorts aren't necessarily better.

Closeness to beach, housekeeping, friendly staff (multiple people were always willing to help and answer an questions), size of resort, excellent a la carte restaurants, ability to handle large groups for dinner, plenty of space for seating at beach and a decent amount at the pool, activities available, vibe of resort (both tranquility when needed and also liveliness).

Certain restaurants were not always available everyday. AC could not be lowered below 72 degrees. Bedroom would not cool as much as living area.

a taste of paradise!

we had views of pool. AND ocean! the staff were amazing! from the chefs to the servers to housekeeping, we were attended to very well. I had food allergies, but no worries here. the all inclusive route is the way to go. we stayed in a one bedroom condo and had plenty of space and 1 1/2 bathrooms! beds were comfortable. maybe d service daily, even though we didn’t need it. complimentary 30 minute massage due to 20 minute relay in room being ready. (we weren’t complaining either). beautiful views and easy 20 minute walk to snorkel the coral gardens. magnificent fish! food was wonderful! spacious balcony as well.

only suggestion would be to add more plates in the condo in case we want to eat in room vs. restaurant. room 4309 needed some updating, and repairs, bit maintenance addressed most of the issues. WiFi was spotty at best and we couldn’t maintain connection to watch Netflix. phone still isn’t working on out calls.

Room had some broken furniture Pool needed cleaning at times The layout of the resort needs changing. You had to walk all the way around the outskirts of the resort to get to our room from reception.

Beautiful resort that has it all.

Most beautiful calm, blue ocean water I have ever experienced! My family spend 3+ hours in it a day - as it looked like many of the other residents did too - it was so perfect and refreshing. The head chef, Keith, is wonderful and accommodating. If you ever need something, ask him.

In my experience, several of the wait staff clearly did not appear to like their jobs and exhibited attitudes; "tipping" seemed to be expected. 80% were very nice, while the others may want to explore jobs they can tolerate better.

Great!!

Beach was fabulous. Room was a garden view but we had a view of the pool and the ocean. Couldn't have asekd for a better view. Breakfast was nice and self serve mimosas was great. We ate dinner out a couple of nights but Blackrock at the resort was good when we did eat dinner there.
